Join Molly Vogel and Rachel Posner for a 2 hour all levels workshop. Together, we'll ground and expand with the help of mindful backbends

Root to Expand

Through guided meditation, pranayama, and asana, we'll explore how activating our parasympathetic nervous system - building stores of relaxation and safety - can lay the groundwork for deep expansion and openings in our body/mind. 
Together, we'll explore the relationship between your sense of stability and your ability to open and expand. 

Let's connect with where stabilizing sensations and emotions are grounded in your body and feel how their support allows for freedom of movement and the release of tight and vulnerable areas.

Using principles of yoga therapy, mindfulness and intelligent Forrest Yoga sequencing, Molly & Rachel will lead you through an experience of both grounding and opening. We hope you will join us!

Molly Vogel

For those of you who haven't met Molly yet, she is an international yoga teacher who instructs with clear cueing and kindness. Molly specializes in helping students get out of pain and feel great in their skin and minds. She teaches with the intent to spark and inspire people's desires to improve their lives with yoga.
