We'll explore the pairing of the diaphragm and the pelvic floor in relationship to:
- Vagal tone and the relaxation response
- Your breath
- Uddiyana and mula bandha
- Accessing both strength and fluidity in your practice
- Functional movement and strength throughout the day
Through discussion, practice and play we will deepen our understanding and experience of the diaphragm and pelvic floor in order to grow relaxation, strength, support and fluidity.
