Vitality: Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation for Increased Energy

June 2 - July 1

Tuesdays, on Zoom 5:30 pm (MST)

OR

Wednesdays, in-person, SLC, 10am

In this 5-week series we'll explore the pranamaya kosha - your energy body! Supporting the pranic layer cultivates a deeper experience of ease and vibrancy. This course will leave you feeling more grounded, more expansive and more alive!

"I took Rachel’s workshop and I’m still feeling the benefits weeks later. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but slowing down and tuning into my breath opened up so much more than I imagined. It reminded me how powerful doing “less” can be. The experience was simple, deep, and surprisingly transformative. Highly recommend it to anyone needing to reconnect—with themselves or just with their breath. Can’t wait to keep learning with Rachel!"

~Rosie

How does the class work?

  • Each week, I'll teach one class in person and one class live, on zoom. You are welcome to attend either - space permitting.

  • Each class will meet for 75 minutes.

  • The zoom class will be recorded and our course platform will host replays as well as reflection prompts to help you gain insight and integrate what you learned.

  • You'll have access to the class replays and journal prompts indefinitely, so you can repeat classes as many times as you like!

Let's Practice Together!

This series is designed to increase the flow of energy or prana in your body.

***For those of you more familiar with the energy body or pranamaya kosha, we'll be working with the five vayus (directional movements of energy), the nadis (energy channels), and the chakras (energy centers).

Mindfulness tools we'll utilize:

  • Breathwork/pranayama

  • Yogic flow sequences

  • Guided meditation

  • Yoga nidra/guided relaxation

You'll leave each class feeling:

  • More grounded

  • More energized and vibrant

  • More connected to both yourself and your environment

  • More open to the world around you

"Accommodating all levels of experience and energy, Rachel is a gifted teacher who continues to expand her own yoga understanding, sharing that with her students. She is easily one of the best teachers I've had in 40 years of practicing yoga!"
