Summer is coming. It's a season full of tending, growing, and harvesting.
Expectations for "doing" can be high. And that requires energy.
Together we'll explore ways to restore our energy, not by bullying ourselves into doing one more thing but by dropping into the center - the place where our prana is sourced - and building from there.
This is about finding your center and cultivating prana.
From that center, you'll ask yourself what you truly want to bring to fruition this season.
And you'll do that from a place of compassion and inspiration.

1-3 pm class, includes: "vitalizing", all-levels yoga, guided meditation, pranayama and conversation.
3-5pm "spa time" access to Glow's gorgeous bathhouse, including: sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and warm pool.
4:30 - 5pm, light snacks on the patio.
5-5:45 pm class, includes: meditation, breathwork/pranayama, integration.

Saunas offer numerous benefits, including relaxation, stress relief, improved circulation, detoxification, pain relief, enhanced skin health, better respiratory function, quicker recovery after exercise, and mood enhancement. They promote an overall aura of well-being by relaxing muscles, flushing out toxins, improving blood flow, and boosting mood.
Alongside saunas, cold plunges offer a refreshing contrast and a range of benefits. The sudden exposure to cold water after heat exposure helps constrict blood vessels, reducing inflammation and promoting faster recovery. This contrast therapy can also enhance circulation, improve cardiovascular health, and boost the immune system. Additionally, the shock of cold water triggers the release of endorphins, providing a natural mood boost.
Glow offers a variety of spa treatments. You are welcome to book them during our spa-time from 3-5, before the retreat begins at 1 or after we end at 6. If you book a treatment between 3 and 5, you'll have access the bathhouse before the retreat begins at 1pm so that you don't lose out on your "hot and cold time" :-)
***Spa treatments are not included in your tuition.
