This is a $49 monthly, recurring membership.

 

For those of you who feel most comfortable practicing in your own space AND want to feel connected, supported and loved, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Your Yoga is an opportunity to practice with a sweet community of students without the added stress of getting yourself to the studio.

You can join me on zoom or watch the recordings.

And best of all, you have access to a library of hundreds of yoga classes and meditation practices to explore at your convenience!

An Invitation

Thanks so much for dropping by. I know you are busy. I know you have a lot on your plate. And despite everything you are already doing, I know you are supporting others as well.

I'd like to offer you support.  I'd like to offer you a place to rest and a place to move. This membership is all about creating a space for you to destress, connect and receive.

A little about me...

I started teaching yoga and meditation in 2001 and I still love every second of it. I've added lots of tools to my toolbox along the way - MA in counseling, yoga therapy, trauma informed yoga, personal and professional mentoring - the list goes on and on. But what I most want you to know is that I absolutely love teaching. I am a passionate teacher and student of yoga and I continue to grow with my students. I've been teaching for 22 years now and my intention is to keep going and going. I hope you'll come on the journey with me:)

A Personalized Experience

  • I'll be online 10 minutes before and after every class, encouraging your feedback and responding to your requests and questions.
  • This is YOUR YOGA and I'll be attending to your individual needs. 
  • This online community offers the same level of support that you are used to receiving in person.

Weekly Schedule

  • Monday, 12-12:30pm (MST), Guided breathing and meditation
  • Tuesday/Thursday, 9:30-10:45am (MST), All levels vinyasa
  • Wednesday, 4-5pm (MST) Restorative yoga

A few notes on community:


  • People who feel connected to others are happier, healthier and live longer. Joining a new community is another beautiful way to increase feelings of connection.

  • Doing hard things is easier with a friend by your side. We learn better and feel stronger and more capable when we have support.

  • You are more likely to successfully develop a new habit when you have an accountability buddy. Being in the soup with a partner helps keep us motivated and on track.

  • Feeling connected and supported lowers your stress level and helps regulate your nervous system. It turns off your stress response (fight/flight/freeze) and turns on your relaxation response (rest and digest).

Beyond Classes: Your Community Page

This membership is about more than yoga classes. Your community page page will help you connect with, inspire and support one another. And your class page is full of additional resources, poems, inspirations, bonus practices, webinars, workshops and more. So find a comfy space in your house, get cozy and dive in. 

FAQs

Do I have to enter my credit card number to start my trial?

No! I hate having to remember to cancel the things I don't want. You'll only enter payment information when your trail expires if you decide to sign up.

Does my month start whenever I sign up?

Yes! You'll have access to classes as soon as you subscribe. You'll receive a reminder to subscribe at the end of your 7 day trial and your card will be automatically charged on that same day each month after that.

What if I can't make these class times?

All sessions will be recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. After that you can access the class for 3 weeks.

Can you tell me more about the Your Yoga library?

The Your Yoga Membership comes with a library of hundreds of classes, categorized by theme so you'll always be able to find the exact type of class you are looking for.

If I can't make it to the live session, can I still ask questions or make requests?

Absolutely. This is a personalized experience. As a member, you can email me requests or questions or set up a video or phone call to check in. This membership is all about you!

Can I just drop in?

This is a membership-only offering. My intention is to create a community of familiar faces so that while you may be in your living room, you still have the sensation of lining up your mat with a friendly face, being greeted by a friend before class or sharing a cup of tea after shvasana. 

Why a monthly membership instead of punch cards?

Memberships encourage commitment. My biggest intention is to help you stay healthy and on-track with your wellness goals. I believe that creating a membership community is the most supportive way I can do this.

Can I cancel any time?

Of course! If you decide that the membership is not working for you, you can cancel yourself or I can do it for you. You'll have continued access to classes until your month is up.
