In this one-week course you'll explore a variety of mindfulness practices that will help you feel more calm, relaxed and centered.

Lots of people teach classes to help you relax. Relaxation techniques are definitely important, but they’re not enough.

I’ve spent the last 20 years helping people reduce stress and be more happily engaged in their lives. If you want to reduce stress and feel more calm, you need to approach stress from a variety of angles.

"Your Stress Relief Toolbox" will help you see what you need in the moment.

  • If you haven't had enough sleep, relaxation techniques that help you rest and build energy are great.
  • But if you're beating yourself up, telling yourself you're not being or doing "enough", a compassion technique will work better. 
  • And what about when you're just going too fast? Practices to help you slow down and "check-in" are the way to go. 

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for decreasing stress.

We need a toolbox full of different kinds of practices that come at stress from different angles. I’ll teach you techniques to help you handle stress differently, decrease anxiety and feel more grounded and relaxed.

What will it look like?

  • You'll receive 5 lessons and 5 mindfulness practices over the course of 5 days.
  • Each lesson will teach you the "why" of the practice; how it effects your brain, body and mind. 
  • Each practice will include a reflection to help you explore how to bring the technique into your life in your own way.

What's the time commitment?

  • I suggest you set aside 15-20 minutes per day to watch the video lesson and explore the guided audio practice. 
  • You'll reflect on the practices and determine how you might revisit them for a few additional minutes throughout the day.
